Changes to your order, address etc.
You can edit your order within 2 hours of placing it. There is an "edit" button on your confirmation email that will allow you to change your address, colour, products etc. After the two-hour period, it's difficult for us to manually edit.
Preorder and Restocks
** If your order includes a pre-order, your order won't be shipped until the pre-order arrives. The whole order is shipped together.
For US and Canadian customers, all items are currently in stock and will be shipped right away. There is no pre-order for North America as it comes directly from the US warehouse.
Pre-order ETA is an estimate and shipping dates depend on things completely out of our control. Please refer to each individual product for the pre-order ETA.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer free exchange or refunds (excluding shipping cost). Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted unless the item is in its original packaging (the clear slip) with all tags still attached.

When will my order be shipped?
If you order before 10am AEST during business days, we will ship that same day.
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
For AU customers:
Standard shipping is $9 and express is $15. Standard is 2-4 business days and express is 1-3 business days.
All shipping is free over AUD$200 for Australian shipping.
For NZ customers:
A flat rate of $15 and 4-7 business days for major metro areas.
For US and Canadian Customers:
Please shop directly on the US website www.kjuliet.com.
For UK customers:
We ship express with a flat rate of £18. Shipping delivery times are estimated to be 3-5 business days for major metro areas.
For European customers:
We ship to France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland and Sweden. Shipping is express with a flat rate of €20. Shipping delivery times are estimated to be 4-7 business days for major metro areas.
Sizing
Our robes are one size.
Wash Instructions
For our summer robes, please wash on cold and hang dry. Avoid washing with bras or clips, as the robes have a loop fabric (that's how you get the print), so it can pull on bras. If this happens, you can easily cut the loose thread off.
Packaging
For US and Canadian customers, you receive fugly plain packaging to avoid being stolen. We're sorry it looks so bad but we hope you like what's inside!
